  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Delays:

Houston Car Stereo is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

4. Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300 (before tax).
  • Orders below $300 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for additional reshipping fees.
