xDiscover Morel components for yourself
The Maximo Series lets you experience Morel's passion for sound in a moderately priced speaker system. They're durable too. I put speakers from the previous Maximo generation in my Subaru Outback in 2017, and seven years later they're still going strong. Morel has improved this second-generation system by extending the frequency response and increasing the efficiency.
These low-profile tweeters fit under the grilles of many factory tweeter locations.
Maximo sound
This Morel Maximo 6 MK II component speaker system's treated 6-1/2" paper composite woofer and a separate 1" soft dome tweeter delivers impressive full-range sound. This efficient system will respond well when driven by a factory radio, but it'll handle up to 90 watts RMS, so you'll get the best performance by powering them with an aftermarket amplifier. The crossover sends the highs to the tweeters, and because they're inline, you won't have to mount a separate piece of gear. Morel also includes mounting solutions for ideal tweeter placement.
Note: Grilles are not included for the woofers, which are designed to fit behind factory panels or grilles.

Features
Woofer Size Classification Note: Some manufacturers, including Morel, call this size woofer a 6½". Because it requires a larger cutout than a standard 6½" speaker, Crutchfield has traditionally referred to this size woofer as a 6¾". Please enter your vehicle information to confirm fit.
Tweeter Mounting Options: The tweeter can be surface or flush mounted using the included adapters. The surface mount housing tilts the tweeters at approximately 25°.

Tweeter Crossovers: The tweeter crossovers are wired in-line with the included 76" speaker wires. The crossovers are 1st order (6 dB/octave slope) and the crossover point is 4 kHz. The output end of the crossover wire is terminated with quick slides that plug into the terminals on the wire attached to each tweeter, and the input end is tinned bare wire. The crossovers measure approximately ½" in diameter and 1⅜" long. The woofers are unfiltered, using their engineered roll-off characteristics to blend with the tweeters.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
